I will tell you my situation now. I bought a car and there was a problem with the sun visor on the driver's side. Driving on a rainy day was very dangerous with water dripping from the roof of the car. The staff said they would fix it. Tried it a few times. There was no contact or text message after that. I don't suggest this place i have a book in service for nothing i loose money minimum $400 for day if i take day off they wanted leave my car early in the morning and i did it but they serviced my car without my permission and wanted to charge my original problem is not finished that day i relized i don't need to leave my car my original problem is not solved even in next day this is one example i got about 4 more
Extremely rude customer service and poor people skills. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and especially the service of Keith. Yelling over the phone and when you travelled over an hour and a half to see a bunch of scratches on the car and poor interior. Definitely needs a reality check on how to treat customers if you don’t want to continue losing sales.
