We had an external pest spray performed by Peter. As always, he was prompt (early, actually!), efficient and friendly. His product is extremely effective - we have our spray done once a year with great results. Approximate cost: $170

Pete arrived at our property within 48 hours of us finding termites in a new wood fence. I have to say that he is one of the most professional and lovely tradesmen that we have ever engaged - totally put our mind at rest regarding our termite problem. Peter carried out a full inspection, laid baits and laid a chemical barrier ( the latest technology) for the termites and in addition he sprayed the property for ant/spiders/cockroaches and baited for rats. The Termite King, aka, Pete and Vanessa are absolutely wonderful. They have been protecting our house for 3 years now and have always been on time, efficient, thorough and pleasant. After having the annual inspection and spray our house really is bug free for the year. Wonderful company - don't look anywhere else!

We've had Pete over for a few years now. The Termite King has great service & price. They also follow up on routine maintenance to make sure the property is protected every year, all year round.
