Great facility and is really well set up with everything you need for all types of training. Also a great community vibe in there. Don't be daunted by the big boys down the back, everyone is super friendly and more than happy to help if you need it.

great opportunity to develop your own self creative workout..on your own time at any time you are able or free to go.. I am loving it.....its amazing and found it wonderful and effective as a short time goal.....
