I would strongly recommend Annie to anyone who is after a professional, competent, knowledgable Agent to sell their property. She was extremely hands-on during the whole sale process and kept me updated every step of the way. She genuinely enjoys her job and strives for the ultimate outcome for her clients. Thank you so much Annie for selling the property so quickly.
James was great support for us in the purchase of our home. As first home owners, naturally we were sceptical of marketing ploys and any other traps set out for buyers in an industry that we had little experience in. James was trustworthy, reliable, timely, transparent and genuine thoroughout the entire process. He made the process of purchasing a home feel straightforward and exciting - as it should be. We would like to thanks James and would be happy to work with James again in the future.
Annie was extremely helpful and after viewing a couple of properties she knew what we were looking for. She continued to communicate keeping us informed regularly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Annie and The Property Shop to anyone looking to buying a property in Mudgee.
From the first call I made to Jamie she had organised for me to see the property I was looking to purchase ,unfortunately I missed out on the property the first time but weeks later Jamie had rang me back letting me it was back on the market once again, after some very good negotiating Jamie helped me with securing this property,I am thankful for all of Jamie’s hard work and help ,well done and thank you 😀
Annie was excellent she knows the local property market. Annie helped our elderly parents with the selling of their property with great results.
A great result,excellent communication,highly recommended,AAAA++++excellent work alyse
James made buying our first house such a positive experience - he was professional and down-to-earth, and made the whole process so seamless. Thanks again James!
My partner and I visited the area to view some properties and to figure out if we liked the area or not. Almost one year later we arrived again and were met with a very warm welcome from Jess who had remembered us from all that time ago which was lovely and meant a lot. Jess could not have been more helpful when it came to viewings, information and answering any question we had about absolutely anything. We were first time buyers and we could not have asked for a better agent and company.
Gave a lot of his time and effort to help get it done. No question too stupid was answered.
