Very knowledgeable, friendly and never too busy to explain what was happening. I doubt anyond could have done any better.
Big shout out to the team at the property shop Mudgee made it a very straight forward and easy process and got me the best price for my place thanks again Alyse & Annie for all your hard work 😊
Amazing, on point. Where do I start, Mrs A. Pilley, was amazing in every aspect of selling our land. Interested, on point, we where notified personally of every development. I truely could not recommend anyone as passionate as her. She’s a credit to The Property Shop, Mudgee.
Dave was great with the sale of my fathers property and took the time to explain things so Dad understood what the process was. We got a great price and quick sale. Thanks Dave!
Alyse was very professional and acted promptly on all matters pertinent to the sale of our unit .
Alyse was lovely to deal with, great communication skills.
Sara's proposal to engage the Property Shop was detailed and complete, backed up by relevant comparisons and marketing suggestions. We felt that Sara had a good understanding of our aims and objectives when listing our property. The office produced documentation efficiently. Both Sara and Patrick communicated clear and concise and made everyone feel at ease during the inspections.
Working with Sara to secure our new property was refreshing to say the least. The market in the Mudgee region is tight, and after numerous unsuccessful attempts to view properties outside of normal business hours, Sara stepped up to the mark with a weekend viewing at the time we organised with her. 5 days later the property was ours and we exchanged contract on day 6. Very happy with Sara's help.
Sara recently sold our family home in Mudgee with fantastic results. She is a delightful person, genuine, friendly, professional and trustworthy. We instantly felt comfortable and enjoyed working with Sara through the whole process. Sara is an absolute asset to The Property Shop and highly recommended.
