James is amazing at what he does, hands down best agent we've had dealings with. It was a breeze every time we had communication and it was a good feeling to know he not only had his vendors best interests at heart but also the purchasers. James is a true asset to The Property Shop Mudgee.
The entire process was really smooth & efficient. Dave’s relationships with lawyers, pest control experts & others around Mudgee made things a lot easier for someone new to the area. He was honest, transparent & direct from first step to last. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave to any potential buyers.
David was patient with our plans and requirements. When we were ready to hit the go button, David got it done in 7 days!
Dave provided us with sound advice for selling our house and kept us updated regularly during the process. Very happy with our decision to go with Dave
Professional and highly responsive, David made buying a house in Mudgee a breeze!
Annie was great , made time for us when we turned up unexpectedly, spent time showing us a display home and then showed us another home that was close to completion, which we made an offer on which was accepted, thank you Annie , your very courteous and frie friendly , would recommend you to our friends , thanks again , Peter n Deb
Annie is an absolute gem! her work ethic and professionalism is second to none. It has been a pleasure working with Annie.
Sara was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the market and followed through in keeping me updated each week from the initial preparation for sale right through to when the property finally did sell. I am very happy with all aspects of the sale.
Very good agent would definitely recommend
