Excellent practitioner , I always walk out better than I walk in . Highly recommended for lower back nerve pain and hip Oesto arthritis treatment .

Alex has helped me several times over the last couple of years with bulging discs and strained shoulder issues. I really like Alex , firstly because he is a lovely ,happy and kind person and secondly he is an expert in his field. He is multi skilled and trust me I have been to all types of therapists and I'm so glad ro have found Alex, he is my go to man , there is no better around. Alex was very professional and very through. I am doing the exercises and I have even had a bit better sleep. My shoulder doesn`t pain during the night as much when lying on it.
