Friendly staff and a menu full of delicious breakfast options. I had the bacon and egg roll and it was a great way to start the day! The complete breakfast was nice too and the homemade beans were rustic with a slight spiciness.
This place has undergone an renovation and the decor is really fresh and vibrant. The staff are still friendly and the coffee is still great. It was hustling and bustling in this place and I believe that weekdays here seem to bring in the crowds, as business people sat around making deals over coffee.
Friendly service with tasty food and the added bonus or being licenced too! I particularly like the homemade soups now it is winter washed down with a warming hot choccie...I'll be coming back again and again!
By far the best coffee in Sydney. The staff are all happy, bubbly and friendly - they make you feel like there you best friend and go way beyond service with a smile, It's great to see that they are all very excited about going to work( or at least give that impression 100% of the time). I love a good breakfast- and I've added this place to my list of regular weekend hotspots. There doesn't seem to be much going on in Tyne area on weekends but is place sure can get packed! Navigate yourself through the line of takeaway coffee orders and you will be treated to a nice, simple dining area, well lit and unpretentious. I've never seen this place less than packed. It's definitely for a reason. Majority of the menu is out of the price-range of the average lunching punter, except on Monday and Tuesday, when they do a $10 pasta deal - definitely jump on that! Great value for the portion and quality.

This is a wonderful restaurant, whether you are after breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can get very busy around lunch or dinner time so you may be waiting a while for your meal, but please don't let that put you off. The food cannot be nicer! My favourite meal is the deluxe crumpets with smoked salmon and poached eggs, which I had for breakfast the last time I dined here. The crumpets are home made, and nothing like what you would find in a supermarket. The coffee is also wonderful.
