Nadine has been our property manager and has given us excellent customer service over the past few years. Nadine is super efficient and professional. She is in touch with what is happening with the current market, ensuring our property achieves the market rate increases in a timely manner. When our tenant has paid late Nadine has acted promptly and worked with the tenant to ensure future payments are on time. Excellent service

Michael and Jacob were excellent. They very forthcoming in the assessments during the preliminary discussions making it easier to see the strategy ahead. Their knowledge of the area and finding little areas that we never would have thought about was good. Their follow up and communication was first rate. They also have a number of departments in house which means that more things can be kept under the same roof.
