The receptionist on the phone was warm, understanding and oh so helpful. How lovely to have an initial contact like that when you are feeling upset. Made me confident that everything was going to be ok. Tanja, the physio, is just lovely. So easy to talk to, explanations easy to understand and loads of helpful ideas. They all made me feel hugged just by their lovely words and thoughtfulness.
