No I don't work for Fawcett Plumbing and no I have never used them before but our building needed a plumber today as the kitchen sink was blocked. So we looked on True Local and my gut feeling said this company was ok and their website said it like it was. So, I rang Mark, the owner who said Sue would call me back with a time, Sue rang within about 10 minutes to say Plumber Simon was on his way. What great service we have had today by Sonny, in this sweltering heat. He has been diligent in finding our blockage, and has taken the time to explain in layman's terms what has been done and in future what to do if it happens again. Well done Sonny!!! Very professional.
