RecommendedUsed to frequent the Body Refinery until I moved out of New Farm. Remembered being extremely happy with service and loving everyone there. However, I recently booked a physiotherapy session as I hurt my back really badly. I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute as I can’t get up and stand on my own, so I would not be able to make it. Our physiotherapists are always paid, regardless of the number of clients they see - I’m sorry if the information you received from our admin team suggested anything otherwise (I will ensure that this matter is addressed). Our appointments are strictly 1-on-1, so the loss of revenue from late cancellations and no-shows has quite an impact on the business. For this reason we have implemented a late cancellation fee.
