Arrived on time, very professional. Gave me a quote up front voer the phone for suspected problem, and gave me options once on site. He replaced the thermostat on the water heater and tested it. He informed me of another plumbing issue that needed looking into. Only negative was the high call out fee due to a Saturday. Parts etc seemed reasonable.
