RecommendedI have to say, this was the best decision I have made! The Team are so welcoming and professional. I happened to be the only female one time in the Level 1 boxing class and as unco as I am, no one made me feel like the ning nong that I’m sure I looked! Everyone is so encouraging and friendly. If I can’t make a particular class, I’ll jump on the bike or treadmill for 30 mins. The guys there are great, really helpful and you just know that they genuinely want to help you achieve your goals.
