The relevance of this service was not clear to me due to what was carried out and the short time the service person attended at the property. A few photos were taken, and asked if air conditioner worked and taps were turned on and off in only the main area of the house. All completed within 5-10 min timeframe. We have had issues here previously in relation to electrical wires not meeting current standard requirements. Which had been rectified since the oven blew up.
