The plumber and electrician that attended my rental property were excellent. They were very personable guys. Really friendly and courteous. They were very thorough with their checks. They wanted to ensure that everything was functioning well, was safe and up to standards. I'd be more than happy if these same guys were to be used to deliver any repairs or upgrades to gas and electrical components of the house. 🙏 🥷
This morning around 10.15 am I received a visit from Nathan who came to my flat and inspected the smoke detector in the corridor and changed the battery. He was good and reasonably fast. He also gave me some advice about one of my oil heaters. He was courteous and friendly.
Great service from TaskForce - Electrical and Gas! They arrived right on time—actually even earlier than scheduled—which was a pleasant surprise. The job was done efficiently in about 15 minutes. They also took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and what to keep an eye on for the future. Professional, fast, and clear communication. Highly recommended!
I sadly missed the Young blokes name, but then he may wish to be anonymous. He was waiting for me when I arrived home, as arranged. So, on time, Tick. Very Polite, Professional and Friendly, Tick. Had the Smoke Alarms done in no time at all, Tick. Very Easy to deal with, I would be More than Happy to use them again. And the booking service Very accommodating, taking into account the limited spare time I had around my working hours. Extremely Happy with this Service.
We had a great experience with Carl who came to install our new 3-in-1 bathroom light as a warranty job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain why our previous unit might not have been working properly. The new light was installed quickly and professionally—and it's working beautifully! Really appreciated the helpful advice and great service. Would definitely recommend! Jinky the coordinator was super friendly and really well organised, so my experience from beginning to end was fantastic.
