i received a call after my appointment confirmation message to change my appointment to which i did then got a message after that to change it again. now im being sent messages in which im being addressed by my last name.. however staff and personal experience at the practice is lovely.
arrived needing a filling , but was under the pump as had another appt 20 minutes drives the staff gave me an x-ray said i needed a filling and were finished so i could arrive at my next appt. Great Job

I waited 15 minutes when they phoned me as they didn't realise I had arrived. When I was with the dentist, she basically tried to get me out as quick as she could and only gave me 5 minutes so she could get to the next appointment. She didn't even check my jaw which was the reason why I went. Made me feel like I had wasted time by having the appointment. Never had that issue with Dr Rai who always was personable and friendly and listened to my concerns. Great dentist practice but this instance was really disappointing.
