As an owner/ renter and seller we have been extremely happy with the Switch team. Big thank you to Diann who recently sold our property. Hiccups along the way were dealt with professionally and within a tight time frame. Thank you so much Diann. Also , many thanks to Lindy, property manager. The best we have ever had. And we have tried a few in your area! Switch was highly recommended to us by vacating tenants. We were so happy to have met them before they left, a few years ago.

Have been renting through Switch for a year now. And now we've just signed a lease for a new property with them. We have never had any drama or conflict. All the staff are friendly, geniune, and down to earth and extremely helpful. Will most definitely recommend this real estate. 5 stars all the way :)

Switch Realty were great until sadly June Jenkin left, after that her replacement was the worst property manager I have ever dealt with, but believe she has now left aswell. The owner Bronwyn was always polite
