Switch, especially Harrison has improved my lower back problem after an accident. Harrison recommended exercise classes to increase my strength run by Julian.at Switch. Julian is an inspiring teacher and has helped with my coordination, balance and strength. Over all its always a pleasant visit to Switch with great health advantages to my aging body and well-being.

The staff are fabulous but some of the amenities need updating. Ripped 'head rests' not very professional. Toilet roll holder needs replacing - have to twist around to get from top.of loo. Could throw back out !! Nor a good idea in a physio establishment.
