We first requested a clean of our split system units. The service by Blake was fantastic and the price was reasonable. He identified one of our much older units that wasn't working as beyond repair and reported this back to his boss, Alex. We were quoted on a replacement unit at a great price and decided to give these guys a go for that as well. Really, couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism. Had a new air conditioner installed 3 months ago and have yet to turn it on other than to test it. So it was quite a surprise the other day to discover a snake skin hanging from the bottom of the unit above the bed. Snakes in the roof here in Cairns are not an unusual event but I could not imagine how it could get into the aircon or if, after shedding its skin, if it was still in residence .
