I called to explain my situation but felt like I wasn’t being heard. I was repeatedly given the same standard response: “when there’s one, there’s always more, you need this service.” What I was trying to explain was that we have never had a mouse or rat in our newly built house, there were no droppings or any other signs of an infestation, and all I really wanted was a simple service to catch the one mouse that had somehow entered. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed this time It wasn’t until John had left we noticed he hadn’t done a few places eg under the stairs the internal side door area ( behind the couch ) and we felt the garage was poorly covered also. I am also concerned as within 15 mins ofJohn leaving the outside spray was washed away in a heavy rain shower ( not sure if the treatment will be effective as a result )
