Booking was prompted by Swat to remind me - always a good idea Pre arrival time gave ETA - on the dot ! Inside and outside jobs were separated by the team , making time on site minimal Awareness of external sprays and open windows and doors. Swat team were prepared to remove shoes inside. Explanations on maintaining effectiveness of treatment. As has been the case on all occasions, the team were friendly and approachable. Overall , satisfied long term customer.
