happy to take your money, if the program is not right for what you are looking for, wont talk about other options, if you have injuries and they aggravate due to an exercise of your program, there is no alternative you are to still do that exercise. very disappointing

Always willing to help anybody who wants to help themselves but when you don`t turn up for over 4 months and I was ready to start you again even though your membership had expired and then you tell me that you don`t have time to look after your body -and there was no mention of injuries- and you say that you don`t want to continue because the workout takes too long and you want your money back, well I am very sorry I do not refund fees to people who do not turn up . End of story.
