We had a good positive experience and were kept up to date throughout the process, apart from the reason why our settlement was delayed - our sales agent advised us instead. The only negative was not being told that a fee of $100 would apply for Sunstate to apply for the ATO foreign resident certificate, which we could have done ourselves if we were aware that we could reduce our expenses, which went up due to the settlement extension!
