Happy with the service
Share information between the contracts section and the conveyancing section so I don’t have provide the same information multiple times. A simple permissions clause would facilitate this

A bit more pro active in requesting that the client is made aware of what they need to sign well in advance especially if the client is unfamiliar with local requirements such as coming from abroad.
