I went to Dr Karim early last year hoping he could fix my rather large gapping issue. I already had small teeth and not a lot to work with. My upper jaw needed expanding which actually made my gap bigger to start with. I was concerned it would never close, but I trusted the process and after a long 18months of Invisalign treatment, I am finally finished. Just had my final appointment for my Invisalign today and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result - my smile turned out more perfectly than I’d imagined! Dr Karim and his lovely team were always super friendly and accommodating. I have the most easy and best experience with my treatments highly recommend
I decided to get braces for the second time two years ago as my top midline was slightly off after my first treatment from another orthodontist. As a result, I was a bit hesitant to trust somebody again after that initial experience.
