The whole experience has been disgusting. For a conveyancer to blatantly lie that things have been done when they were not is poor. We nearly missed a settlement deadline that my broker had to hurry her up on. I was told a document was sent so when I asked for a copy I was given one downloaded 10 minutes prior the return email. No return phone calls. No reply emails. Had to actually drive to her house/office once to get something urgent when there was no communication.
