Star Physio is a professional, practice which is well run and organised. The level of expertise and knowledge is exceptional and I always come away feeling better and with a plan for the future.
Just wanted to say thanks for all your help Damian. No pain on race day and I achieved my goal time on the bike despite stopping and fixing up a flat. 10h 25 debut IM = not a bad benchmark :-)
