Dear Stanton and Taylor. Seeing as your web site is not working and you don't take maintenance requests by phone, I will try this way. Our hot water system is not working properly and we constantly have no hot water. Now this happens every winter. Most days we might get to have one shower for about 2 minutes. Then nothing. It was "FIXED" last winter but yet again the same problems. Please fix the water heater or I will have no option but to take the matter further.
