Ian is probably an agent that anyone would want. I was impressed by his knowledge and desire to take me through every detail about the property and why he thought the property was a good fit. Ian did not exaggerate anything about the property and neither did he force me to make the decision. He did his part and left the decision making to me which is what I exactly would expect from a good agent who wants the clients to go with what is right for them. Will definitely recommend Ian to any buyer.
