Thieves. No matter what state they give you a property in, they will claim you let a bomb go off in there when leaving. I received a place with actual human faeces still in the toilets, dead bugs everywhere and food on the benches YET they stole my bond for grass they stomped in themselves. Absolutely atrocious.
