Efficient Friendly
I called after hours and the return call allowed me to stop the problem till it could be fixed the next morning. Very helpful, polite and great service, fixing the problem whilst also explaining the process as they went. Thank you, highly recommend!
Workers/Installers efficient, cordial & neat work. We're still having ?Software issues that need to be resolved. The battery charges during the day, but it doesn’t get used for power overnight - we’re drawing from the grid though we have 100% battery charge. Not what we want. They’re looking at it.
