Splash's Pool Tuggerah are fantastic. Everytime I visit the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and their customer service is outstanding. They are always fully stocked on all products and have an extensive range of pool toys from inflatables to water guns. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Just wanted to say how great the team from SPLASH pools are. Was at wits end with no luck clearing up my Pool & Chris came & sorted out the problem & within 5 days we can use it..yay..it was so good we had a frog swimming, who was the first to swim for the season...thankyou, words can’t describe how grateful I am.

Today was my first time dealing with Splash's and I am impressed. I called to ask for help with a misbehaving salt chlorinator and spoke to Andrew. Andrew was knowledgeable and helpful. Within an hour he was on-site to replace our antique chlorinator and fit a new one himself! I will be changing from my previous pool shop after many years due to this experience.
Five stars simply is not enough!! I can not express our thanks to Andrew and everyone from Splash Pools at Tuggerah. Andrew successfully fixed our pool lights after 3 others deemed the problem not fixable. Andrew was extremely professional & went above and beyond! Splash Pools certainly has our business!
How awesome are the guys from "SPLASH POOLS TUGGERAH" I have been saving my pennies all winter to buy the Pentair Rebel pool cleaner, because well.... it's awesome! I found a great price online but had to drive all the way to HORNSBY to get it. If i could give more then 5 stars, i would. The whole team from splash pools have been fantastic. Before our pool was even built, they have been fantastic in giving the time to go through all our questions. We haven't even been in our pool yet and we feel that the team have already gone above and beyond. The customer service is fantastic, prices are reasonable, the pool maintenance is quick and thorough and the rewards are great.
