Our experience with Specialist Auto Group over emergencies in respect of both our cars was excellent. The firm seems to make customer relations a priority as well as demonstrating great mechanical competence and a willingness to discuss the vehicle problems with the customer. The high cost of spare parts was a real shock and the manufacturers need to re-examine its policy of using customers needing spare parts as cash cows, or it will discourage them from those marques.
