John Luke is always meticulous in his work, on time with all his tools and items ready and excellent in easily explaining what needs to be done. He always has the right equipment and devises ways to get weighty items easily put in place. He responds quickly when we have a plumbing problem and tries to make sure that any future problems won't occur. Jean Luke always keeps the area completely clean. He is the only plumber we use.

John responded to a call-out for us, replacing a gas hot water system that was dangerous due to water leaking into the electrical compartment. He is thorough, efficient and an excellent tradesman. I would recommend John anytime. Should we need a plumber again, I will definitely contact him.
