Can’t praise Peter highly enough when he attended to the installation of a hot water service at my elderly father’s property. Due to compliance reasons, the unit my Dad purchased (via Bunnings) couldn’t be installed, Peter organised and collected an alternative unit and handled all the associated paperwork. We had a fault with our HWS. Called Southside at 4 pm. They arranged for Carl to attend next morning and he was able to identify and fix the issue within an hour. Now we have hot water again!

I was super impressed with the short time it took for Southside Plumbing to respond to my emergency request for a new hot water system as I was without hot water for 4 days. After a call to Southside at 10.00am, Peter arrived at my home by12.30pm and system was installed by 3.30pm. I would highly recommend this Company.

Second time I have had Southside install a reverse cycle aircon. I could not be happier with the whole experience - and I am hard to please. Always kept informed, turned up as planned and completed the whole installation without any dramas. Would use them again for any of their services - without hesitation.
