I was looking for an honest and thorough mechanic after many bad experiences with diagnostics and I found the staff at Southern Sydney Mechanical are the most honest and detail orientated shop I've been to, they communicate every step of the way, they explain things easily and simply without talking down to you. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though I've moved away from the area they are worth it. Their prices are reasonable and reflect the quality work they do.

Southern Sydney Mechanical are the only place I'll get my car serviced. The car feels great when it's finished and everyone I spoke to was super helpful and fair with the recommendations. I even thought I'd need a new battery and they talked me out of buying on as they tested mine and found it was perfectly fine. I can't recommend them enough.
Went in for nothing but an aircon regas. Left having an inspection of the electronics, leak detection, and much more, which uncovered a number of issues left by previous works. They went above and beyond, and at a great price too!

My RX7 was in need for a wheel alignment and new tyres so I made a booking which I'm so glad I did. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Steve and he ran me through the details and process that will be involved with the new tyres and alignment for my car. Once we chose the specs of what tyres I wanted, I was on my way. I was called later in the afternoon to let me know that the car was ready to go.
