Very poor installation Terrible service. Installers messed my roof tiles and I have a serious leak and have called them many times. Adam who suppose to call me back to rectify doesn’t return my calls. I’m taking this up with fair trading. Had enough with waiting for their calls.
Terrible after sales support. SolarEdge inverter broke after 6 years into 12 year warranty. Soltek Energy received a replacement unit quickly from SolarEdge but and from then on needed constant hounding to do anything with it. They failed to turn up to the first agreed appointment with no communication after. I woul love to give you zero stars but I can't! One of the worst experience I have ever had. The technicians jammed the antella cable when they installed the solar panels. Then after less than 6 months the inverter was not working anymore and we waited for 2 months to be replaced and I just discovered when they drilled the tiles on the roof to install the brackets, they left some perforations on them and now my ceiling is leaking.....
Disappointing My solar edge inverter broke after 2 years . The installing company Soltek Energy arranged via supplier SolarEdge to replace under warranty. It’s nearly 4 weeks and still waiting for the Technician to arrive. The Contact number given by the Soltek Energy hasn’t returned my numerous calls regarding the confirmation of installation date so that someone could be home. According to salesman Solar Edge is a premium product and nothing can wrong. Lucky they honoured the warranty. Will update when they finally arrive ... read more
