I was disgusted with my treatment by the salesperson here today. He made sexist remarks about needing a partner to install the flooring and then refused to let me look at any option other than carpet squares once he found out that I was a single mum. When I told him that I wanted floorboards and carpet for a one bedroom unit he told me that I wouldn't be able to afford anything other than carpet squares and ignored me when I told him that money was not an obstacle. This place will never get my business again.

Wasn’t the best reception overall. Found the staff upon picking up tiles to not be very pleasant overall and very distant. Even the warehouse staff were the same. Would take my future business elsewhere However Cale was excellent when helping pick the tiles.
