My initial contact with the sales dep was excellent. Clear, precise information was given to me. Everything was explained and my questions were answered with no hesitation. Great communication. The installation team were punctual, polite and professional. Once again, any questions we had were clearly answered. Great idea having the flowchart which explains every step.
