When ever l rang Gavin always answered, never went to voicemail. Prompt service and quoted over the phone as well as coming over to do a visual. Price and service excellent. Definitely would recommend.

Removalists Max & Luke, in one word WONDERFUL ! they both went above & beyond for my move. After unpacking, not one single thing is broken/damaged or scratched. Gavin and his team did a great job removing our furniture across a very soggy front yard and stored it expertly in the truck. Our things are still in storage after 16 months, and we think the monthly charge is reasonable. Our queries have been answered promptly.

If you had -10 instead of having a 1 star to be able to complete this survey, that would be good. Items were damaged or broken, and scratched and some are still missing. Could never recommend the company. Dealing with management was a nightmare.

We take your feedback seriously. Well lets tell the truth Tamie . 5 seperate loads to Bundaberg spred over 4 months 170 cubic metres . So unloaded into a shed with no lock on it and nobody living on the premises, not very smart . The only damaged item was the item you insisted on packing into a box with no wall strength and loose no enough soft packing material . Every time we picked up there was more than quoted on each load . Look in the mirror Tamie ask your self do I lie ? you know the answer.
