I was there for the Invisalign consultation and they make me wait for around 35 min to get someone to help me even though I had an appointment. During this time there was people coming in and out of the room without apologising or explaining anything just chatting with their colleagues like I was not even there. When the doctor finally comes to the room he took some pictures and explained the next step briefly. My partner is doing invisalign through this company and she’s been waiting for 3 months for her aligners. She called and was told they were not ordered as there “was a glitch in the system” and she had to go back and get moulds done again. 3 months no follow up call, no check in. Now she did not call earlier as last time she was waiting she was repeatedly told not to keep calling and they would call her. She went in today, no apology and the DR blamed it on COVID and would not take any accountability... poor effort.
