I have been a regular client of Ulzii Cleveland for over five years. In this time I have had numerous treatments from Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, and my eyebrows tattooed. I couldn't be happier with my treatments. Ulzii & Skincare Laser clinics are professional & caring. I would highly recommend their service. My eyebrows look fantastic! Ulzii is a true professional & works at the highest standard. The clinic facilities are clean & very comfortable. All round wonderful service and great treatments.

Had my eyebrows feathered today by Ulzi from Skincare Laser Clinic at Point Cook and OMG� what an AMAZING woman who performed an AMAZING job on my brows. Can't thank her enough for what she has done. No more pencilling my brows lol. She explained the before and after procedure of eyebrow feathering and I felt totally safe to trust her that she would do an amazing job and SHE DID.. so if anyone is looking to get there brows feathered I totally recommend Ulzi, she is definitely thee QUEEN of Eyebrow Feathering. Very unhappy with the appointments and the schedules, I lost 5 sessions that I previously called and canceled myself and wasn’t able to use them, spent about $450 and lost $300 I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Do not care about their customers. Refused to return phone calls and then blocked my friend on Facebook, so mature. Save yourself the frustration...
