Great facial but not a comfortable bed and not relaxing music

Extremely disappointed rushed painful and sloppy dripping needle Without any care Procedure talking maximum a few minutes & rushed out to serve a walk in customer Having been to your salon on several occasions And having had Botox for 15 years This has been a fail on all levels and l feel ripped off
Never attend the appointment and not sure why I am receiving this!
