Love how E always explains the process and what’s happening in each step. The advice for after care is also spot on. For DermaPen treatment, I’d be happy just to be left alone with some smooth jazz or Lo-fi music while the mask sets, rather than a head massage. Love coming to SE and the genuine humanity and down to earth care and service. It’s a very personal type of service and it means a lot to have kind, lovely people entrusted with the most prominent presentation of who we are - our faces.
