Just want to make a shout out to Erin at Skin Deep Rejuvenation Clinic. I walked in there for my normal massage and, as she got into it, she realised I had some major issues in my hip and one of my glutes. Next minute - she’s dry needling me and then after that she put me in some sort of pressure pump device to help disperse some fluid that had gathered where it shouldn’t be.
