Rip off rates. Charged $566 for less than 1/2 hour job clearing sink sewer gully. The acid was $180, so charged me $386 for a plunger job!

Silverwater Plumbing service rego number SWP 009 on 4/4/25 at 3.20pm overtakes on the left hand lane victoria road and cuts other motorists off , then is doing 80 kmh in a school 40 zone Macarthur Street Parramatta . I hope he is a better plumber than a driver , if he continues to break road rules he will be in trouble.

Plumber arrived on Thursday morning to change a tap washer. Not a big job, but something I've never been very good at. The cost was $413.50. Update 8/03/2025. Taps leaking again. I'll go elsewhere to get thin fixed.

Asked for a quote to change hardware. As a single female they took advantage of my lack of knowledge about plumbing and quoted $4000 more than 2 other plumbing companies. They continued to chase up through multiple emails, text messages and phonecalls pressuring if i was going to accept their quote. Would not recommend their services.
