Shaun and his team are professional, accommodating and reliable. I had to rebook with Shaun 3 times due to my renovations taking longer than expected and he was able to squeeze me in each time with short notice. The boys arrived on time and were very polite. They were so careful with our belongings and also with the walls and floors while moving in and out of houses. 100% hands down the best removalist company we have had. Shaun was awesome to deal with, I chose this company purely because of how I was treated on the initial phone call. Shaun and his team (Troy, Matt, Beau and Briggs) were so professional and friendly from beginning to end. They worked with a spring in their step and smiles on their faces. Shaun’s Moves went over and above moving me (by myself!) from a huge high rise on the Gold Coast to an inner Brisbane city tower today. They were absolutely exceptional to work with. Am so grateful I booked Shauns Moves after reading reviews. Absolutely professional from the very beginning with fantastic communication throughout. Nothing was a problem for the team and were very generous in going above and beyond many times throughout the day including offering to help set up my bed. These legends rescued me after another company cancelled my move at 3:30pm when they were due to arrive. The crew were exceptionally friendly, professional, hardworking and solved problems on the fly. They interacted with my kids in such a warm way. Deadset legends!!! Highly recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again if needed.
