Prompt and outstanding service from the first phone call to Natasha at SEM, then a reliable, polite and knowledgeable electrician called Jordon came out found the fault after testing numerous power points then having to crawl through the roof cavity to repair the fault. Before leaving Jordon also replaced a couple of light switches that were needing attention. Thank you for making this experience a positive one.
