Terrible service, arrived 9 mins late and was told I was not allowed to see the vet. They then tried to charge me a $40 no show fee. Go elsewhere for a better experience
I was told over the phone, that my dog check up would be free following a consultation for an ear infection 2 weeks ago. But I was actually charged it. The girl at the front desk asked me" You would have not come if you knew you were going to get charged" Which I replied" Yes I would, I just needed to know how much money It would have cost me" Since I was there 2 weeks ago. For example, if the vet scoped your pet's ears and found no reason for discomfort or need for treatment, you may have been advised to simply monitor at home with no need for further work-up.
